I rely on my vehicle for work. After having issues maintaining air pressure in one of my tires I made a call to Big O and my vehicle was in the shop for repair in under an hour. Waiting areas are nice and maintenance is quick and effective.

Excellent customer service and great work on my car

As a young woman, I find that normally taking my car to get serviced can be an intimidating experience. Normally associates don’t explain things to me at all, and just tell me what I need. I really appreciated how well the service team communicated with me, and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of in any way. I overall had a great experience.

My service at the store was great, however the system to file for rebate is terrible and I was unable to get that info completed! I am still upset and feel that I should receive the 50 dollars off my bill immediately.
