The oil change was quick and smooth. They checked the brakes and said we needed roaters when we didn't (took it to another shop for a second opinion). It was going to cost $400 to have brakes and roaters done with you all and the other shop said that if we needed roaters the total repair with labor would be $275.

I asked to have my AC checked because it doesn't blow very cold. The guy told me there's only one guy that knows how to do that and he wasn't there that day. Seriously? There's several employees there but only one person knows how to check people's AC? It was 80� outside and they had no one who knows how to check AC's? Plus my last visit it took them 3 times to align my tires! I'll be finding somewhere else to go from now on. It's a shame because when it was Warrensburg quick lube I never had a problem with the guys not knowing what they were doing. Now it seems none of them know how to do anything.

Big O Upsale, I was the only customer there when I arrived for my appointment. When I saw that there was 5 employees working in the shop I assumed they would team up and rip through my tire change so I could get out of there fast and happy. NO, IT took 20 minutes to get to actually working on replacing my tires because of the Upsale free alignment check and the Upsale front end inspection, both of which offered me a chance to spend more money for their service on a car that I personally inspect and service regularly. I have 25 years of industrial maintenance experience and I feel that I am fairly good at identifying if something needs repair. But, according to Big O Upsale and there 5 employees with a combined 1 year of experience I,m not so good. The job should have taken about 20 minutes start to finish with the resources they had. With the added services they provide without request and the amount of wasted labor it took almost 2 hours start to finish. I was the only customer when I arrived and had a scheduled appointment. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

This was a simple stop for a punctured tire to be patched, but it was excellent service from John and the technicians that day. Thanks again for the speedy and convenient help at a great price!

All staff in front was very friendly and personable. I came in because my tire was losing 3-5 per day for last 2 weeks and I got tired of airing it up/finally had time to get it checked. The staff pulled the car in the bay, that is all I know. When completed(?) - the front counter called me up to desk and said "Flat Repair." (I said nothing as I thought it was a statement.) Again he asked while looking at me, "Flat Repair?" - 1) How do I know what/if you did anything? 2) Tell me what you did? Was itva bad valve stem? Nail? Patch Applied? 3) No one attempted to sell me anything...the vehicle needs new tires...and I am not a penny pincher when it concerns safety of my children for better tires. Also, I have 4 other vehicles and drive average of 4k miles a month. Why not mention something like - Hey have you seen (whatever tire) they are more (whatever) because (whatever). OR Hey, I noticed that you may need new tires soon (everybody does) / If you have a pickup/SUV ....Have you checked out (whatever tire) - there is some good information about them over there. OR Don't forget we do more then tires.... 4) Walking away from this experience - I don't know if anything was done on my tire, but I was charged twice as much for a patch repair (roughly $20) as other shops (if anything was even done? I don't know), I have no clue of your other services, no clue of your highest profit/quality/best seller of tire brand, and will not recommend your store. Positive points: Very clean shop and front area, nice waiting area, and very friendly front area staff.

It was nice to make an appointment and have my car worked on as soon as I arrived. It was done so quick. And, they remembered to reset my sensor. Awesome!

The first time I took my car to this shop it was a good experience. This time, I was told to come back in 30 minutes and then it would be my time to get my car in. So I did. When I got there, the person at the desk said "oops, forgot to you put you on the list." Then he laughed and said he would get me in. So I waited another 30 minutes and the store was completely cleared out of customers and finally someone got my car into a bay. I was furious and so the same fellow who forgot to put my name on the list went out and started yelling at the mechanics, waving his arms around. I felt so bad for those men--they didn't do anything wrong. Some management training would be good. And some apologies to the mechanics, if you could pass that along to them. I was offered a free oil change by the first fellow, and another better socialized fellow offered me a 10% off. I paid my full bill just to not have to be connected to that bunch anymore. Also got called honey. Well, I have a doctorate and have been a professional journalist for years and teaching at a university for years. While I know that this is the age of Trump, I am not anyone's honey. Ugh. Never go back again. Never recommend it either.

Not satisfied with the price or service. When I called two days before to check prices, i was quoted an "out the door"� price that seemed incredibly reasonable. When i showed up and saw the actual price i was charged i realized my "out the door"� quote was simply the price of the tires multiplied by the amount of tires i was purchasing, not including any service fees or tire disposal fees. I understand its a simple mistake, but the original quote was one of the reasons I gave Big O's a try in the first place. I don't know about you guys, but as a consumer, I interpret an "out the door"� price as being the full price, including service fees and what not. My second issue is how long it took to get the tires changed. With a place specializing in tires, you'd think they would AT LEAST be faster than Walmart but no, after seeing my car finally enter a bay i still waited over an hour (was quoted 30-45 minutes for the entire process). Although I was excited to support a new local business I don't believe I'll give Big O's a visit again.

Unfortunately it has become a continuing problem to get things ordered from your Warrensburg location. Last fall I went into your store with a flat tire. They side it was unable to be patched so I purchased another. They said they ordered it and set me up with a time the following day to have the new one put on. Well I came for my appt and was told that the tire had not arrived and wouldn't be coming that day. Therefore had to then return the following day to have my new tire put on. Mind you this was last fall. I gave your company the benefit of the doubt again and decided to order 2 additional tires for my vehicle. Went in October 24th told them I wanted 2 tires to match the same 2 I already had on it. John asked if i would like them rotated as well and I said sure and also asked if I wanted the extended warranty on the new tires and I declined. At this time I was told the tired would be in by 10 am on the 25th. He set me up with an appointment for the 25th at 1:30 pm. I was able to drop off my vehicle earlier then anticipated which was around 9:30. I then asked if it would be done before noon and they said yes. Time went on noon came and went and at 1:30 I called in regards to my vehicle. I spoke with someone and was told that the tired had not come in due to a mix up with a different order but they would be in the following day after 2 pm and would be receiving a great discount for the inconvenience. Due to prior obligations I was unable to make an appointment for that Friday. Plus who knew if my car would even be finished before 5. Thus me making an appointment for Monday morning. Dropped it off on Monday and they had it done within an hour. Went to pay for my tires and received no discount at all for the mess up on their part. Honestly I'm not sure I will be returning to Big O tire. This is twice that this company has made appointments and messed them up. Yes I was made about the order being messed up but it was extremely poor customer service on their part for not even calling to let me know that my tires weren't arriving that day therefore I didn't need to keep the appointment. I had to call them to figure out the status of my vehicle. Then to promise me discounts and not receiving them either. I highly doubt I hear back from your company in regards to this complaint but if so great!

Went for a flat repair had to get the object out of the tire myself cause the repair guy didn't know how. No other customers where there when I got there it still took them 10 minutes to start on my car after it was pulled in. Charged me 20 for a flat repair that I did half of. Also witnessed them sell tires to an older gentleman who wasn't even in need of tires. He still had betwee10 and 11 32nds of tread. Also had a car inspected there they scratched off the old inspection sticker and just left debri all over the dash. Will never go there or send anyone I know there. Wouldn't send my worst enemy there!

I went in for a simple tire repair, I called ahead and made an appointment and got right in. When I checked out I was took they put in a new valve stem and reseated the bead and didn't find a hole. By the time I got home my low tire pressure light was back on and the tire was flat a few hours later.

drove from Sedalia to get tires and I am very pleased. Will be back to have you do bit more work for me.
