Big O Tires

Was failed for 3 items on MVI which your estimate was around 600 to fix. Took vehicle to 3 separate Dealerships where I was told 2 of the 3 items were completely fine. Cost to fix third item; 3.69 Very nice people. Very clean store Bogus problems that needed attention. I consider that a con and not a Big O but a Big Zero I'll never be back, period Good day

Excellent customer service!

Salesman didn't know what he was talking about, couldn't make up his mind on what price to give me. Service got done and it was way over priced when I could go across the street and get everything I got done for half the price or less. I felt taken advantage of. It was 200$ for a oil change and fuel filter change. They didn't even put a sticker in the window telling me when my next oil change would be, so I guess I don't know if they actually changed it. Every time I looked in the shop someone came up to me and got my attention like it was a distraction so I wouldn't see something. I won't ever be back

Bought 2 tires and an alignment job. When completed I asked if the front end loomed good and Bobbie said everything was fine and shoulldent have any trouble. After I left my vehicle pulled to the right. Brought it back and always told to bring it back the next day. When I brought it back on day 2 was told they were short staffed and they already had 2 vehicles waiting for an alignment. Brought it back on day 3 they did a realignment and said the steering is really loose. I never noticed it being loose before. After leaving on day 3 it still puls to the right and steering wheel is crooked. Worst job I've ever had done. Will not return.

Drove in for a basic oil change, knowing that my parking light on passenger side not working, and tire inflation was different on each wheel. Based on their 21 pt inspection, nothing was said and got home, light still burned out and tires needed to be inflated by ME. What items do they inspect?

I was very pleased from the moment I called in for an oil change. They offered to take me back to work and even brought my car to me when it was finished. It was done in a timely manner as well. Very satisfied and I will be back!

Near closing time, the night before Thanksgiving, we came in with an emergency need for a rear tire. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They had the right size tire for our car in stock (other places have to order our tires, even in daytime hours). The price range for the tire was what we expected. From start to finish, we were checked on to see how we were. They finished the job quickly and efficiently. I only have two things to say, WOW and Thank-you!
