Big O Tires

Would like more coupons sent out. I change my oil every 3 months and the last few times didn't have coupons

Quick and easy. Went in to get a price on tires. Didn’t realize I could get the tires that day and have them out on. Very happy.

Always have an excellent experience at Big O in Warrensburg. I use them for my personal and work vehicles. I would highly recommend using them.

I went in expecting to pay for a brake inspection but when I went to pay the charge, I was told there was no charge! That's pretty nice. The service went a little longer than expected but the store was busy. Everyone who contacted me was courteous and informative. Can't beat that.

I've been going here for a long time now and each time I step into the store by them how a friend would. It is reassuring to have them there with knowledge of the products and knowing they have used them as well. I've never left uneasy and I am always happy to return their store.

The location is close to home and work. The tires were replaced quickly and I received a price match to another local place.

We arrived just before 7AM and were greeted by Curtis who welcomed us in as he prepared the customer area and the computer systems were going through their startup cycle. He was very helpful in giving us a quote on an oil change. An overall classy employee. When we were in the waiting area he advised a customer that their TPMS module was loose and bouncing around in the tire/wheel and likely causing damage to the tire. He asked if they wanted it replaced and the customer opted out of it and specifically asked that he leave it as-is. After he left I suggested to the customer that she ask him if he could take the broken TPMS out of the tire assembly as even 10 bucks would be worth the benefit. She asked Curtis and he offered to remove it at no cost and she accepted. Honesty / integrity is not what I see every day. Something tells me that every day, Curtis brings honesty and integrity to the benefit of Big O Tire and its customers.

Service was fast and friendly.

It was easy to make the appt through Email. The staff were very nice and explained prices for all services and even recommendations for future services needed down the line.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tire needs!! Staff is amazing and knowledgeable and really care about the customer!!
