This big O tire is the greatest thing to ever happen in this little town. Not only are they very nice people to talk to always really good friendly service whenever there’s an issue they try to work with you on it like, for instance they didn’t have the size of tire that I needed or the brand so they worked with me to get a different tire slightly different size that also fit in my budget. Great people to work with highly recommend anybody looking for tires or any other service that her vehicle may need?

This was a simple stop for a punctured tire to be patched, but it was excellent service from John and the technicians that day. Thanks again for the speedy and convenient help at a great price!

MY TIRES WERE OUT OF BALANCED AND THEY FIXED THEM.

It was nice to make an appointment and have my car worked on as soon as I arrived. It was done so quick. And, they remembered to reset my sensor. Awesome!

I ran in unscheduled for what I was hoping was just a tire fix and Robert got my vehicle right in to be checked out. Unfortunately the tire was not able to be fixed and he said my others were not safe either. He quickly got me a quote to have them all replaced and explained the warranty on the Big O brand tires. I was in and out with in the hour.

Even though the tires I had originally selected didn't come that day they did a very good job of recommending they're all so did a good job about telling me what quality tires are and yes it is quality versus quantity any day of the week they were all very friendly I don't feel like I was mislead at any point I think they gave me the best value for the tires I purchased
