Excellent service! Darn glad they are open on the weekend.

The technician that I spoke with on the phone was polite and offered me this same-day appointment. I was in and out with an oil change and tire rotation in just over an hour.

I went here for an oil change. That was done quickly and efficiently. I wish there were more signs telling you where to go and that this place does more than just tire stuff.

Friendly staff, good deals

Even though they weren't able to find the issue with my car they were honest and referred me to where I needed to go. Also didn't charge me for the work they did.

Super friendly and kept in contact with what was being done with my vehicle. Had an emergency thing with my car and called them when they opened and they told me to bring it in and they had it all done within like 3 hours from start to finish!

The Big O Tires location in Warrensburg is always amazing. If they come across any issues they are quick to discuss the issue with me. I am very grateful for their positive customer service and knowledgeable staff. I recommend them to everyone I can. If they do make a mistake they always correct it and make things right.

Herrman pick up was running hot and we stop by the store and they got us in and fixed fast.

The associates at this store work very hard to ensure our fleet of vehicles remain in good working order. They are always kind, courteous, and helpful. They do not try to sell us services that we do not need for the vehicles. I am always recommending this store to people in our community.

The professionalism of the associates was good. They were able to both explain in detail and in simpler ways to convey the status of my vehicle and recommended future maintenance for my vehicle clearly. They also were honest about the service choices I had and why or why not to do certain services at this time. I am always pleased with the level of service and professionalism shown to the customers.

When I went in they were already backed up due to lack of workforce thanks in part to flu season. They never made excuses. They apologized, and we're honest about the fact that it would take a quite a bit longer. They handled the chaos like professionals, and hustled to get my car serviced asap. Great team!!

I dropped off my truck to have a couple of low tires looked at. I apologized for a dead battery and a squeaky power steering pump. The associate did a 21 point inspection and gave me a very fair price quote to get the truck to pass inspection (it had not been inspected in a couple of years due to issues) AND did all of the repairs within 24 hours even though I did not need the truck back that soon. I am so pleased that they once again provide Missouri inspection services. We have been buying our tires here for a few years and will now return to do all of our business here. I will recommend it on our local Facebook community.
