I had a rear lateral bar issue that another alignment garage would not fix so my car could be aligned. I went to big O tire and they had no problem ordering the part for my car and getting it repaired and aligned. They got the job done right.

I went in for an inspection. It was completed in a timely fashion and the associate was friendly. The TPMS light was on before it went in and they let me know about it. I asked what they would charge to take care of it and I was given the information without a hesitation, associate knew the info right off the top of his head.

I was not greeted at my car and was not offered anything free. That being said this was my first time using them for my vehicle. They were fast, efficient, very kind and professional. Price was great as well. I will be using this as my got to car care place from now on and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The friendliness of the staff and they kept me informed on what they were doing with my car. The service tech that did the oil change was very nice.

Stopped by just before 7 AM with a leaking tire. They got me in before they "officially" opened and took care of it in short order while I waited. Didn't need a ride and made it to work at a reasonable time. Thanks!

I went there today to get a oil change, tires, and a alignment done on my car. I liked the service and everything. But they didn't know how to reset my oil light message. But overall experience was great.

The staff were friendly and the location was cleanly. The prices were reasonable and clearly communicated. The service was completed much sooner than expected.

On my last oil change they usually have the filter for a 3.0 diesel pickup. Scheduled the appointment took it there no oil filter. Rescheduled the appointment took truck no filter. Manager had to get involved and finally got my oil changed 2 weeks later. They took $40.00 off the bill but I think it should have for free. My time is worth something and I scheduled the appointments. They did not make sure the parts was there.

Big O has been servicing our vehicles since they opened. We've had a great experience so far. Their staff is friendly, educated, and very prompt. We look forward to doing more business with Big O.

I was greeted with a warm smile and a good morning. From there the service was amazing. I was shown a few different tires to select from when I asked about other tires that were available they quickly looked up the information on each one of them. After selecting my tire the service was quick and professional. I received my military discount on the alignment as well as a discount for the tires that had just gone on sale after I had made my selection. I will defiantly be a repeat customer.
