I had made an appointment but I think it was with the Sedalia store but manager fit me right in. Everyone was friendly and willing to help.

I was in for an inspection, but chatted with the CSR about new tires, because I knew our tread was getting low. He offered to run it through the courtesy check bay to confirm tread levels, and provided a quote for 2 different tires, at my request. Everyone was friendly, thorough, and fast.

The communication is always great there. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. They are always will to break things down to help me understand. I never feel rushed either. They’re always friendly and that’s why we use them for all our services

Came in on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend without an appointment for a routine oil change. Customer service and communication were excellent during a very busy time for their shop. Will continue to bring my routine service needs to them and when it is time for tires, I'll be buying from them.
