I travel full time in my personal vehicle for work projects so I’ve visited a few shops to get basic service done. While home visiting family I needed a diagnostic to get it ready for another cross country trip. After calling around & being disappointed I found this midas & was extremely satisfied with Rays knowledge of my issue & breakdown of costs.

I was supposed to have 3 of my 4 tires replaced since the 4th was only about a year and a half old. It seems all 4 tires were replaced, which is great. I think you automatically gave me the 4th tire free since it is one of your deals on your flyer that I received in the mail after I got my car back. Thanks for that.

Service was done at your location on 110th and Cicero in Oak Lawn IL.. Ray was the gentlemen that took care of my issue with a Michelin tire. Tire had to be ordered from warehouse picked up and put on rim 45 minutes before closing. Nowadays its hard to find a business that will actually go out of there way to help someone. Thank You.
