Poor service by MIDAS. Will not visit again...

I had my mechanic change my oil and Midas in Columbus Ind had changed it 2 or 3 times before and Midas hasn't changed my oil filter neither time. They cheated me I bet they didn't even do my oil.

They broke a part (brake piston) on my car when putting back together and didn't say anything about it. Also torqued the wheels and brake calipers way beyond specs. Technician somewhat disrespectful. Won't go there again.

Didnt tighten down my lug nuts so my entire wheel and tire fell off while driving down the road. I advise everyone never to go to midas. Their so called experts dont even know how to tighten lug nuts.

I come from out of state. I have no car to get part they didnt help me. They have Rude people. I would not go there anymore.
