Good guys but lack of knowledge causing extensive labor hours and redoing repair work

Always satisfied with service. Desk people very accommodating and courteous.

Unfortunately we were charged over $2500 and had to get everything redone because of poor service. This place would be my last choice. We tried to politely reason with the location and corporate. Both not willing to put the customer first.

Everything about my experience was very professional and easy. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced.

I just want to say that I want someone to get ahold of me asap because I'm ****** off at the people at the lebanon indiana store.....i want my money back for my brake job being done today because after I left there....the brakes and stuff were fine til lat

Morgan was super helpful and understanding of the service I needed and was able to clearly explain the problem and solution for me. The service was quick and the stress that comes with car problems was quickly gone.

They are very friendly at this location, and they always do a really good job on my oil changes. I've been coming here for 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! :)

Everyone was very friendly and eager to help from the time I pulled into the parking lot. The mechanics we very thorough and communicated great throughout the entire visit. They went above and beyond protecting my vehicle from any scratches or messes. They even came to the parking lot to wipe a spot that he thought he saw from inside the shop as I was leaving. It’s rare to find people that respect my truck the way they did. It was my first visit there and I guarantee I’ll be back soon.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable waiting area. The mechanic explained everything he was going to do and suggested some other repairs.

friendly staff who notified me on any delays in my repair like parts taking two days etc. I was notified when it was expected to be picked up.
