I received notice of a family crisis that may have required me to leave for a 500 mile round trip within an hour. I called Midas and explained the situation and that I needed an oil change ASAP. Mike told me to bring my car in right away. 55 minutes after receiving the call from my family, I was headed out the door at Midas. I could not be more appreciative.
