Mike was the person who checked me and and who I dealt with the majority of the service. While I waited at times he and his associates would mention to me the ammenties offered such as pick up and drop off options. Very polited and knowledgable.

Found out our rear brakes had frozen so replaced them. They never overcharge on service and will say whether something needs replacement or can wait a while to be done. Appreciate them and their great work.

Accepted walk-in with no problem. Concern with customer by providing courtesy cars a/o Lyft pickup. Mostly work to id and correct issue at a more reasonable price than major auto companies.

Making an appointment online is very convenient and easy. The associates were very welcoming and friendly. They did a good job explaining the issue to me. The link that was sent to me with the inspection pictures is very helpful.

They took me right on time for my 4:30 appointment and they were done by 5:00. Outstanding!

The service was excellent; however, I did not expect nor wish to pay as much as I did. The price was way too high. Your associate reviewed the bill with me; however, I did not think that the price represented authentic value to me. I did not have the luxury of shopping around. With 20/20 hindsight, I would have checked out your competitors to see if I could get a lower price. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth primarily because of the high prices.

This is one car repair service center that I trust. Honest and timely in their service. Theyre not afraid to tell you if you dont need the repairs.

Have been here a few times with multiple vehicles and have had great and timely service each time. I didn’t realize on prior visits that Midas does oil changes but i do now and will be coming here for each one. Great service thx!
