Big O Tires

I love this place. I have a child in Montana and two in Springfield Mo and they all needed tires in one week. All we had to do was make a call and no hassle they were taken care of thank you so much for the comfort of knowing our kids and us are in good hands

Called and they had the tires I wanted on hand, I showed up and Mike got me in right away. Time to install was reasonable. I'm happy with the product and service.

Associates made great recommendations for tire size fitting my needs and new wheels. They made me aware of current promotions. They worked very quickly.

The lug nuts seem to be tight and tightened with a torque wrench a lot of places I've been to the lug nuts come loose tire weights were put on the inside of the rim and not on the outside of my aluminum rims the last place I went to they put those on the outside of the rim did not last 500 yards they came off.

Purchased new Pirelli tires for my 18 CRV. After I left the the shop "check tire inflation" light came on. I returned Wednesday and had it adjusted. The driver's side tires were at 42lbs psi and the passenger side 35lbs (correct) psi. I also asked the young man if he could clean the tires up (tall young guy) as they were still scuffed/dirty. He jumped right on it and gave the tires a good scrub, but I think I'll have to re-do that with some tire shine and a good brushing. To me, the tires should glean shiny like the showroom models when I drive out. Minor detail, and kudos to your rep for doing that with a smile and good attitude. Your front desk customer service was great, and the prices very competitive. I did shop around GF and Helena, but decided on Big O because of how I was greeted by your front desk folks.

A little less friendly and more expensive than their Kalispell "Big O" counterparts in Kalispell. But were fine otherwise.

The deal that I got on my tires was fantastic. They were able to install the new tires in a timely fashion. They explained the issues with my vehicle thoroughly.

Have had good service with them,how ever had my oil change 4days ago and without asking they used synthetic oil and charged a higher price,they need to consult the customer before doing that,was not happy about shelling out more money unexpectedly

Absolutely amazing service. As a female, we are usually treated poorly when it comes to car care but these guys were fantastic.

Horrible professionalism and service. Take your money somewhere else. They said first come first serve yet my wife waited 1:50 min before calling me. 10 minutes later I arrive and politely asked he counter when she will be done and the amount of time she had been there. The guy jumped down my throat. I said roger that sir then went sat down to lower my blood pressure. I went back later and he said COVID got his employees taking $600 a month extra and work is understaffed. He could had tole us that upfront and been forthcoming when my wife arrive. I would steer clear of this junk-house. And other people were upset in the place of the rack and stack of dirt come first service.

Motorhome had tire separation of belts. I purchased 2 Firestone tires to match existing motorhome tires but Firestone did not have time to install. The Big O team mounted and replaced the 2 tires bought from Firestone and got us underway quickly for our 2000 mile trip back home. Great work and appreciated commitment to getting us back on road in emergency. This great service has been lost in today’s society and felt great to see some good old home boy people still exist in todays world!!!

Expected better!! As a family and farm we have used Big O in Bozeman for years. My son just had new BIG O tires put on his truck in Bozeman. Took off for work in Canada and found truck had a shimmy. Too late to turn around we called the Great Falls store to see if they would look at tires and balance the tire causing the very bad shimmy. We called at 4pm and explained that he was going to be right at the 6 o'clock hour. We even had our Bozeman store contact them and ask if they would wait for him to arrive just a few minutes past 6pm. They told Bozeman that they would wait and take care of him. What a relief for a mother! Only problem. Called at 5:55 to say pulling into town no answer then arrived at 6:06 and not a soul in site. Either they forgot what they promised in the last 30 minutes,of the day or had no intentions of staying 1 minute past 6. I gladly would of paid the overtime for the peace of mind of my son driving another 350 miles in the dark into centeal Alberta. Thanks for going the extra mile. "BIG O" of GREATFALLS! Not! Gave 3 on cleanliness and knowledge because had to mark a score and to be fair we have no idea of either because we did not get any service.

Mark is the wrong guy to deal with. Couldn't care less about selling tires.

Called when they said they would. Very short wait for service completion. Very friendly. Great Michelin tires.

Rob and the technicians were awesome and exceeded my expectations!!!!!
