I felt that the communication from the employees was clear and helped me to understand what was needed on my vehicle. I appreciate the timely manner in which the work was completed, and the manager's ability to answer my questions.

All I can say is the shop manager was very patient and friendly. I would definitely bring my car back again for service if needed.

I appreciate the salesperson and mechanic still worked on my vehicle even though I was late for my appointment. He went over the paperwork with me explaining what would be done. I told him about my windshield wipers & he replaced them. I was happy that he was listening to me when I added that I thought I needed new ones. I appreciate the evaluation of my car, everything was good. He was very professional and caring when I told him I had a few mishaps on my way there. It helped me with the anxiety.
