Hard to sit in the waiting room at certain times of day because the sun beats through the glass and down on you. So good service experience, aside from bring nearly blind and forgetting to wear sunscreen.

My battery was dying on a -20 morning. Live 200 miles away. Manager got a battery and had it installed in an hour. I was very happy.

The manager there was so friendly to me and helped me get a great deal on tires. They were quick getting my car done. The manager even went and picked up the tires for me ! It was a great experience.

Came in for a simple oil change and ended up paying way more than needed with unnecessary work done.Will not return.

I went in for an oil change and front windshield washer that didn't work. They did the work requested and then did a thorough exam of my car. He explained to me items that should be repaired/replaced and gave me an estimate of the work that is needed. I will return soon to get the needed repairs.

Brought vehicle for Oil Change. That went good until we needed to do another oil change. Midas was booked so tried going other places...couldnt do it because when they did oil change they tightened the plug so tight no one can do it. We went to 3 other

The return call to confirm my preferred schedule was very prompt considering I called mid morning! Got me in on time, called and explained estimate at scheduled time. However, I must interject that I was not informed of muffler options and prices. I took what they told me over the phone. Tailpipe and muffler replaced within the time frame they allotted. When I came to get vehicle. Staff was very friendly and also informed me of a manifold leak which they stated they do not work on manifolds, but will give me some references when I am ready to fix that. Very pleased.

Tried to replace my wheel bearing broke my suspension spring while trying to remove bearing. Will cost me $300 as they won't cover their damage.

Few days after the service my car's wheel was about to run apart from the car as it seems Midas didn't put the bolts of the wheel tightly. It was going to be a bad accident. However, i parked the car immediately when i noticed the sway of my car side by side. After stopping the car i saw one bolt of the wheel is missing and others are very loose.

I’ve been going to this Midas for 10+ years and they always do a professional job.
