Found n fixed our low air in our tires

This is my go-to place for my vehicle. I get my oil changed and have purchased tires here and won't go anywhere else. Kyle is always helpful and the guys even pull your car up to the front door running, ready for you to drive. I really appreciate the awesome customer service Big O provides!

Jake was very helpful and very courteious and the store was spotless.

Very nice and helpful employees! Nice store. BUT - Alignments on three cars have pulled hard to right with the steering wheel crooked. One car (that did not pull before and the wheel was flat when going straight) has been aligned twice and needs a third time. The others are going back in as soon as the new parking lot allows access to the rack. Is the machine off or do the employees need better trained and to take the cars for a test drive after alignments?

Got all four tires at a great price, dropped off and they had them mounted and balanced in a very short time!
