I was going to send a thank you anyway but this makes it easy. We had a flat on the interstate on our way back to Iowa City! I pulled into Big O with a donut spare on and four anxious grandkids and my daughter. Walked into the store with my Hawkeye hat and shirt on and was told that they didn't serve my kind there!! It was the perfect greeting from Husker fans!! They got a new tire on and the donut spare put back where it belonged and had me back on the road in acout 20 minutes. Outstanding service and great conversation among all the representatives. Turned a terrible experience on the interstate into a fading memory!! Thanks for all the help guys!!!

Stopped in during a cross country trip with safety concerns on existing tires. The team did a thorough inspection and discovered concerning conditions of my tires (heavy cracking, plugs). Several options were presented including shipping in tires overnight. Final decision was left to me and ample time was given. Installed the chosen tires in a timely fashion, taking extra care with my vehicle. While waiting the team gave suggestions on accommodations and restaurants due to my unfamiliarity with the area. Arrived home safe and sound thanks to Aaron, Nick and team. This Big O reminds me of my local team, awesome.

Outstanding service & knowledgeable. A huge thank you to kyle & Jake at the kearney ne store. They explained everything to me & even when i went in at 10 minutes to close jake took time to get my car lifted up to listen to a noise it was making. Ag as in outstanding service from these two.
