The location was very busy but they got to my issue in a very timely fashion.

Jake and the team stayed a little bit past close when my rental tire popped on the highway, would have been stuck in Nebraska for the night. Thank you Jake so much, very friendly people. Will be back to Big O Tires in Colorado for my next set of wheels

Got us right in. Found a problem that was above and beyond what I was there for and quickly remedied that too.

We had a blowout on the Interstate about 10 miles outside of Kearney, NE. We made it into Kearney with the temporary spare, and stopped at Big O. They were very busy, but we were told that they could get us out in about 11/2 hrs. They managed to get us out in about an hour, and back on the road. We appreciated the fact that they fit us in their busy schedule and out sooner than expected. We were on a 6 day trip across the country.
