Guy a front desk very unprofessional. Charged me two hours labor for a job that took 45 minutes.Simple muffler swap with a little pipeWould not adjust pricing. Bad attitude. Don?t recommend. Over priced. Guy doing actual work was good

Everything was easy to schedule and the services I requested were completed quickly without issue. Josh was extremely polite and professional and did a great job communicating.

Josh - the store manager is always so kind and courteous when I drop my vehicle off. I mentioned an experience of a shaky car when I'm driving on the highway and he immediately knew what might be the issue. He added a note in his computer and called me shortly after to explain the issue, cost, and resolution. I will be back at his shop again. I appreciate the professionalism that he always shows. I feel like he is always suggesting only the things that are needed for my car, not just trying to take my money.

I have been a loyal customer of the Parker Midas for several years now. I am always thrilled with how friendly they are and I trust them to take good care of my car. I'm very happy with this store and the staff! They are awesome!

Josh the general manager is always very cheerful over the phone and in person. I had to get an oil change done last minute on a Saturday and josh was able to fit me in. Josh always works to find me the best prices, and makes sure I get taken care of, he also manages a good team that does quality work!
