The website was super user friendly and the deciding factor to go to Big O Tires. Ty was very friendly and I was touched to see that when I looked at my new tires after driving back to Wells that they had taken the time to take my pink valve stem caps off my old tires and put them on the new tires. Just a little detail that most wouldn't have thought of made me smile. Thanks Big O.

The manager in store was polite and fast on getting my car in and out. And was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my car.

Pleasant atmosphere to wait in, service was done very fast and the person helping me was very nice.

Only problem was they didn't ask if I wanted tire protection plan. I already have it through my auto club. Paid an extra $23+ and didn't have too.

Brandon was able to get my car in without an appointment. He courteously answered the questions that I had and honored the requests that I had regarding how I wanted the tires installed on my vehicle.

Chris and Brandon really went out of their way to help me out. My car wasn't safe to drive when I brought it in and the replacement tire had to be ordered from out of the area. All week long, Chris personally moved the car inside the shop every night to keep it secure until the tire arrived. This is top level service and we're really fortunate to have Big O Tires in Elko!

I had travelled from NE to NV didn’t have time to change my oil before I left. I usually do it myself. Don’t like having it done but Big O in Elko NV was awesome they got me in quickly and professionally and they were very friendly and polite.
