Excellent custom service. Tyrell does a great job with my tire and front end issues. Great local tire store. I have been doing business here for many decades. No reason to change. I Had to return my truck for alignment adjustment. Scheduled a time for drop off and pick up. Completed with no problems and very timely. Mike

I manage a big ranching company, we do a lot of business with Big O. We do our business here because the service is very good. There are other tire shops in town, but they don’t have the quality of service as Big O.

Staff was friendly and efficient. They didn’t try to talk me into stuff I didn’t need . As a female I really appreciate that. They told me about extras that were available but didn’t push or try fear tactics. My car was done when they said it would be done.

I was very impressed with the customer service. The guys were not only very knowledgeable and friendly but also very helpful. The waiting room was fabulous with comfortable chairs and plenty of good reading material. Definitely a great reflection on the Big O Tire corporation.

Everyone is friendly & courteous, and fully explains what the work will be, and why. Also - the Elko Big O shop has annually taken the time to check the manufacturer's list of vehicle maintenance suggestions per mileage (I have an old Toyota Rav4) so that I can do my best to keep up with necessary maintenance - - I truly appreciate that, and the work done onsite is always top level.

Zach was very helpful getting the fleet p/o sorted out quickly, and the oil change was done in less than an hour from the time I dropped it off despite the location being very busy. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Took a little longer than expected. Load of tires came in and started to get busy. Overall service was great. I will be back for sure.
