Big O Tires

Tyrel Harlan is our favorite Big O Guy; everyone else there is always super friendly, but Ty is by far the best in customer service, at explaining everything, and at taking ownership. We feel as though he goes above and beyond to take care of us every time - no matter if it is something as small as an oil change or something bigger. He has taken care of us with multiple vehicles and multiple visits, and we always know we are in great hands. Big O is lucky to have Ty at the Elko location. We will continue to refer friends and family to Big O to receive the same awesome service that we have been shown. Thank you!

I liked how I went in for the oil change and they helped me locate my oil leak and said they could fix the hoses the hoses took longer than expected to arrive which I understand. Overall thank you!

It was nice when we first entered the store the fellow at the desk told us that there was a two hour wait. It gave us time to leave and do some errands.

Stopped in for a tire rotation on the new tires I purchased a couple months ago. Everything went smooth, service was fast and I was able to wait while the tire rotation happened.

All employees were very friendly and knowledgeable and were fast and efficient. No issues what so ever. Didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in, stuck to my needs and we just got it done.

I have had the occasion to use Big O about 5 times in the last year. Whether I have an appointment for routine items or some kind of emergency and I just show up, Ty and his staff are there for me with smiles and a "we'll take care of it" attitude. Rides to work and back to the shop to pick up are added pleasers.

Did not have what I wanted, but ordered foreman’s will be ready on Monday. Price is only $6.00 more than the internet price.

Had flat, needed to get on the road--they came and got car, pumped tire enough to limp in, had me on road in 15 minutes.
