The customer service was great. I bought tires and aftermarket wheels. The wheels I originally wanted were not available for my vehicle. The salesman was able to find me similar ones for roughly the same price right away. It was over all a good experience.

Ron, the sales associate that I dealt with, was extremely professional and helpful. This was a set of tires for my niece and I was setting it up from a different state. Ron did an outstanding job of easing any concerns I had for her during the process.

The people at the counter were very friendly and helped me right away. Told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half and it only took 45 minutes. GREAT service!

The manager Ty took great care of us as always. Last week we had our truck scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation, and replacing the front brakes based on a recommendation from the last time we had it serviced. When we went to pay however the brakes had not been done as it was not written down to have them serviced, even though that's what we made an appointment for. Ty stepped in and took care of us, asked us to bring it back on Monday and they would get it done right away. Just picked it up and everything is running great.

Tyrel and the staff always take are of my automotive repairs, from tires to shocks to electrical systems and accessory installation. They do a good job for me.

Great service and very good customer service. I believe the kids name was Colbie Gravier.. I'm not sure though. Very knowledgeable about what he was doing and also very honest. It's very hard to find a service shop any more that isn't run by a bunch of young men who like to practice ignorance like it's a competitive sport race. A competition to see who exactly can appear, and act like the biggest disrespectful jerk. "Thats not how any of the young men at Big O tires seemed to act." Esspecially the young man that goes by Colby. Unlike Walmart or the other mediocre tire shops that plague our country. In this day in age, ignorance is a choice. Google is "A" key to life. The only pomblem is that I got to the store to late to get new tires, but it was solved in a very proper and effegent manner.
