It was my first time to Elko. Came out my hotel room and I had a flat. Went to Big O to have the flat fixed and it was amazing. They fixed my flat, put air in all my tires and replaced the valve cap that the dealership forgot to put on! It didn't cost me a dime! WOW! You guys are awesome thank u so much!

I discovered a nail in my tire just as I was about to head back to Utah. I came to BigO to see if they could either fix my tire or put my spare on for me. The guys got me right in and fixed the flat! They even kept my four children happy with popcorn, water, and footballs! I was super happy and thankful for their service!!!

I went in for my tires check-up and I ended up getting new tires. My old tires only had 10,000 miles on them and store worked with me to get new tires at a discounted price. Everything went smoothly. I called to check with them to see if our tires came in as they had to order them. We went to the location and they took our van back in less than 5 minutes after we arrived. We really like the tires and feel confident with the warranty and extra service contract we were told about. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs new tires.
