Service reps were very helpful. Courtious and friendly. I could not believe how fast they completed my tire installation.

I was really worried about my tire. The guys in there took care of me though. I only had a certain amount of time to drop my car off and they were very accommodating. I will definitely be going back for tires when I need them.

I always go there. Whatever service or product they offer, I get it here. If they don’t have something I need, I follow their recommendations. From the store manager down to the person mountain my tires or changing wipers, they are expert, professional, and friendly.

Ty helped us out with our recent tire purchase. He was very helpful in finding what we needed as well as getting us in in a timely manner, that worked with our schedule. Went over everything done as well as things that need done soon. He is great to work with.

Tyrell was the associate that helped me out, he has always been helpful and willing to get my work vehicle in and out as soon as possible. All of the staff and associates at the Elko Big O store are top notch!

GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE

The service I received was very prompt. I felt like I was a priority in all matters regarding my vehicle.

Although my "free" alignment and rotations ended costing me $1400 for new tires and ball replacements, I really appreciated their honesty and concern for my safety. As a single widow, I am always leery of being taken advantage of, but never at this store. All of the customer service personnel are personable and I feel very comfortable putting my vehicles in their care.

They were fast and efficient for what I needed done that day. No complaints. Seem to be courteous

I came in for a tire rotation after a previous alignment. They informed me of some future parts that might need replaced eventually and I am already aware of them. The sales person was professional and easy to talk to.

Ty makes it easy to get service, tires, and any other work done. I call and he lets me know when to come in and I don't worry after that.
