The website was super user friendly and the deciding factor to go to Big O Tires. Ty was very friendly and I was touched to see that when I looked at my new tires after driving back to Wells that they had taken the time to take my pink valve stem caps off my old tires and put them on the new tires. Just a little detail that most wouldn't have thought of made me smile. Thanks Big O.

Took my vehicle in for a balance and rotate. Also asked them to read a code, they did both without charging me a penny! I needed an alignment and they got it done right away for a fair price.

I have been working with Big O now for several years both for a company car and our family's vehicles. All of the people behind the counter have consistently met our needs. The owner of the Elko store and the management team are more than "friends" - they are more like members of our family - concerned about our automotive needs and taking care to keep us safe. My last set of tires was guaranteed for 60K miles - they lasted for 54K - I was down to the core when I came in for replacements. Since new tires and alignment driving is way more pleasurable than vibrating down the highway. Thanks, Big O Elko! Sincerely appreciate all you do for so many of us.

We travel in our RV. We had a blowout and needed tires quickly. Brandon came to the rescue it was very helpful. Joey also helped us inside the office and had great customer service. Julio was changing the tires very quick very helpful very knowledgeable we appreciate the quality work and very fair pricing.

Service was quick. I have had good services throughout the years here. I notice a lot of new faces rotating each time I go in.

Our timing belt broke a few miles out of town, and AAA towed us to this Big-O location. Barry was extremely accommodating for me and my family (wife and mother-in-law) as we figured out how to recover from this mid road trip breakdown. He took a look at the parts, made recommendations, even gave us a courtesy car to drive around town as we looked for a hotel and a new car to rent. A big thank you to everyone there! I recommend them highly.
