Experience at Big O Tire was very good. Service personnel were professional and polite. Waiting area has ESPN on a big screen TV, plenty of leather seats and tables to sit down at, making waiting relaxing and enjoyable. Grade A.

After one year, a set of shocks Big O installed started to go out. They replaced them under warranty, charging only shop time. Other service work done at the same time was completed as promised and correctly.

Purchased a set of tires from Big O last November.After a tie-rod repair I noticed the tire surface was "cupping".Went to Big O, they took my car right in, reviewed the alignment and discovered a "toe" problem which was quickly repaired.I also had the tires rotated and balanced, and Wah-Lah!I was out the door relatively quickly and with a slight cost for the alignment service!Thanks Big-O for always being there for me!

The service was good. But when I went pay my bill I had a 20% off my bill. I told the person that was behind the counter that it was from my other job. You see I also drive for LYFT here in Elko. I told that person that and he called the manager witch was fine but he did not tell him the hole story. He said it was just some coupon that I printed off my computer. Not job related. I feel that I do a community a big service driving people around. I work hard to get my benefits just like everyone else.
