Big O Tires

I used then last week for my trucks oil change and it was great

The service was good. But when I went pay my bill I had a 20% off my bill. I told the person that was behind the counter that it was from my other job. You see I also drive for LYFT here in Elko. I told that person that and he called the manager witch was fine but he did not tell him the hole story. He said it was just some coupon that I printed off my computer. Not job related. I feel that I do a community a big service driving people around. I work hard to get my benefits just like everyone else.

Your guys are always professional and courteous. They answer all my questions promptly and have the knowledge to back it up.

Just bought my second set of wheels and tires from these guys and both times they've been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they were selling

Good people. Good service got right on the problem

Only problem was they didn't ask if I wanted tire protection plan. I already have it through my auto club. Paid an extra $23+ and didn't have too.

I brought my truck there for a tune up they drove me where I wanted too go too wait for truck then picked me up. Great service all very friendly

Chris and Brandon really went out of their way to help me out. My car wasn't safe to drive when I brought it in and the replacement tire had to be ordered from out of the area. All week long, Chris personally moved the car inside the shop every night to keep it secure until the tire arrived. This is top level service and we're really fortunate to have Big O Tires in Elko!

My only suggestion is that when the technicians get in the vehicles they cover the seats.On my last visit my seat received some sore of stains or marks from one of the technicians.I didn't report it as I thought maybe it was water or possibly sweat but it hasn't completely gone away yet.

Great prices on oil changes and buying tires. They need o check pressure in tires. All four of my tires had differs amount of air after rotation

Excellent custom service. Tyrell does a great job with my tire and front end issues. Great local tire store. I have been doing business here for many decades. No reason to change. I Had to return my truck for alignment adjustment. Scheduled a time for drop off and pick up. Completed with no problems and very timely. Mike

Have done business there for a while now, only problem was that they had to order my tires in. But it didnt hurt my feelings to wait an extra day.
