Fast and efficient service. Would never go anywhere else!

The wait times are extremely bad at this store. I may have to go somewhere else just because it's so hard to work done on my vehicle. 2 hours is the average time but it's been as long as 4 hours for a simple oil change or tire rotation. I love big o but this store is way too busy!

I am usually very pleased with your service. But this last time when I came in to pick up my car the gentleman that helped us gave us our bill, when asked if a discount was on it he said no, told him I had left coupon at home and he didn't say anything, so was not given discount. We have been customers of Big O for over 10 years. We will still use your service because I still fill you give the best service. We were not greeted at the car or offered any other services but would not let me submit without checking

I was happy that I could get in for an oil change. I had a long (2.5 hr) wait, but was advised by desk person of status of my vehicle. Overall was happy with how I was treated & the work on my vehicle.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience there. The front staff let me know there was a wait before I committed to having my oil changed done there. They called when they discovered problems & presented me with multiple options to resolve the problem. They also quoted me correct prices over the phone. Check out was fast & friendly.

Always treated well and fairly.

Had a two hour wait for tires to be put on. Left vehicle and walked downtown for lunch. When we returned we waited in lobby only to find they did not have the tires for my vehicle and then we ordered the tires to come in the next day. The next day we were contacted that tires had arrived. We returned to store and the tires were installed.

Tyrel Harlan is our favorite Big O Guy; everyone else there is always super friendly, but Ty is by far the best in customer service, at explaining everything, and at taking ownership. We feel as though he goes above and beyond to take care of us every time - no matter if it is something as small as an oil change or something bigger. He has taken care of us with multiple vehicles and multiple visits, and we always know we are in great hands. Big O is lucky to have Ty at the Elko location. We will continue to refer friends and family to Big O to receive the same awesome service that we have been shown. Thank you!

Service was good

It was nice when we first entered the store the fellow at the desk told us that there was a two hour wait. It gave us time to leave and do some errands.
