Big O Tires

We walked in and tony helped us out. Didn't have the right size snow tire so he took us in back to see what they had. Got us in right away and they did an excellent job. I suggest dealing with Tony! Good over all but miss my old big o back home.

I have had the occasion to use Big O about 5 times in the last year. Whether I have an appointment for routine items or some kind of emergency and I just show up, Ty and his staff are there for me with smiles and a "we'll take care of it" attitude. Rides to work and back to the shop to pick up are added pleasers.

The guys were very helpfull. The only downfall was the 2 1/2 hour wait to fix a flat. I ended up having to.purchase a new tire due to the bad shspe the tire was in. Restored my faith in Big O. I havent been to a Big O in years because of bad customer service. Your guy was top notch. I want to go back and get the other 3 tires this week so.etime. but due to the hours i work its hard to get in there. I leave for work at 5 am and dont get back to the motel until 730 pm. Would like to work something out to drop off the car to get the other 3 tires.

We always use Big O for tires and oil change. I was extremely disappointed in the warranty of tires that cost $1300. If we paid more we could have more road hazard coverage. When I asked for documentation of warranty I was told to carry our receipt from the tires with us. I can remember getting papers that explained the warranty and coverage. We signed up for credit card to get a rebate. I wasn't told when I would receive information and it took me almost two hours to figure out how to do the rebates electronically. I know how to use a computer as I taught technology for 18 years. More documentation and explanation of warranty would help.

Had flat, needed to get on the road--they came and got car, pumped tire enough to limp in, had me on road in 15 minutes.

Service provided was pleasantly provided and thorough.

Came in for an oil change. I think the guy at the front tried to make everyone feel like they (Big O) was on top of their job. When I went up to the front to see how much longer, I still had a half hour to wait. I think he wasn't up front with me to begin with.

The Rowley's love Big O Tire, the employee's know us by name and know our needs. They are always keeping us updated on sales, they know we always want and need the best deal. Tyrel is the best and he always goes the extra step for our family.

Simple instructions were not followed, like which phone number to call when service was finished.

Always a pleasant experience -- fast and efficient I always enjoy the popcorn too.
