Big O Tires

Got oil change. Very fast. Tires rotated, too. Took a little longer than expected. Great service and convenient hours.

Always dependable and friendly.

I just walked in and asked for an oil change and it was done before I could make it to the other end of town.

I recently had the alignment and brake checks and am glad I purchased the three-year plan because I had some problems again in a couple of months. The guys took us right in, kept us informed on the phone, and promptly did another alignment!

Done on time service with a smile but all 4 tires had different air pressures. 29, 31, 33 & 36. I had asked the desk guy to aim for 38.

Ty is the best! He greets me by name and is always super friendly! When I hand him my keys I know my truck, car or jeep are in good hands!

I used this store several times in past years and service was less than satisfactory and very slow. Always a long wait time. Didn't return till a month ago and management and service have improved.

Always a pleasure to work with Chuck, Tye, Chris, and the crews. We are treated well and fairly every time we go to Big O. Keep up the good work. I recommend Big O to others all the time because I have been treated so well

My first visit was much better thats why i went back. This time i felt like i was bothering the guy behind the desk. I already knew what i wanted and needed so he didnt have to explain or ask me anything. It took 2 hours to get 3 new tires put on my truck. I had noticed my truck had been done. It took another half hour for them to call me to pay the bill. I had passed by the desk. They guy behind the desk was plainh in his phone. All in all. Still better ser ice than i have had in the past with Big O.

We brought our suburban into get the tires checked for balance that were previously done at the dealership. They did a greet job.

Last week I got my oil changed and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Which is great service and the people at the front desk are so helpful and friendly.

Alignment was done well and was done faster than I expected... but my tires were over filled.

Service was prompt, friendly, and I appreciate this.

I had my wife's tires done there and they did well, I was hoping to have my 2 front tires done on my car. I was quoted for the tires and took my car, but found out they didn't have the tires in stock. so my car sat over there for 2 hours. BUT one of the guys that was working on my car was very apologetic, and that was nice of him. Overall not a bad shop at all mistakes happen.

It was my first time to Elko. Came out my hotel room and I had a flat. Went to Big O to have the flat fixed and it was amazing. They fixed my flat, put air in all my tires and replaced the valve cap that the dealership forgot to put on! It didn't cost me a dime! WOW! You guys are awesome thank u so much!

I love the staff at big o and how available they are to get my car in quickly as well as find me the best prices.

The sales person and the mechanic were very professional and friendly.

The day prior I called in to get some quotes for the new tires I was getting for my camper. When the technician gave me the quote, I went in the next day to get the same tires we had talked about over the phone the day prior. Well come to find out it was about $100 more than what we had discussed. It was a little upsetting to know that I had been lied to, I'm sure the technician didn't mean to do it, but it happened.
