I went in for my tires check-up and I ended up getting new tires. My old tires only had 10,000 miles on them and store worked with me to get new tires at a discounted price. That is what I call a great place to do business with. I will keep buying my tires at Big October tires. Thank you Elko, Nv Big October tires

The service was great and always has been!My only complaint is to how hard it is to get in and the wait times.The only way I can have things done there is if I drop it off for 3 or 4 hrs.I can see that for tires but oil change and rotation is a little extreme.

I was really worried about my tire. The guys in there took care of me though. I only had a certain amount of time to drop my car off and they were very accommodating. I will definitely be going back for tires when I need them.

Ty helped us out with our recent tire purchase. He was very helpful in finding what we needed as well as getting us in in a timely manner, that worked with our schedule. Went over everything done as well as things that need done soon. He is great to work with.

Always friendly, especially Logan Irvin. Compared to other similar businesses in the Elko area, we have been most pleased with Big O, and will not return to the other place we used to go. There have been times when things haven't been done correctly or up to par, but you are always willing to fix the problem and compensate if mistakes are made.

Have been customer for years, like the service

Although my "free" alignment and rotations ended costing me $1400 for new tires and ball replacements, I really appreciated their honesty and concern for my safety. As a single widow, I am always leery of being taken advantage of, but never at this store. All of the customer service personnel are personable and I feel very comfortable putting my vehicles in their care.

Enjoyed the service and how well aligned my car was for the tires. Did not like the two hour wait to have the work done as the initial wait was supposed to be an hour.

Great service

Work was done on time and apparently correctly. They did pull the dirty air filter upgrade but since the truck had been run in dusty conditions for a bit last fall I had them replace it.
