Big O Tires

Stopped in on a Friday to get a rotation and a low tire fixed. I was told it would be about 2.5 hours. I told them I would have to wait. They got me in and out within an hour. I would say I'm satisfied with the service overall

Got me right in for an oil change.But took over an hour

Had brake failure downhill. Truck ahead had burning brake, missed our problem until in town heard metal-on-metal. Local shop was not able to take our 98 Ford Ranger, but recommended these guys. What a break (pun intended!) Rotor and pads burned from high altitude drive from Snowbird. Outstanding work and price, got us back on road within 4 hours.

The floor manager knew me when I walked in - this is the wonderful part of a small town. They serviced my truck quickly. The staff is always friendly and professional.

After a disappointing visit at my last service.. and going elsewhere to service my vehicle, I've decided to give Big O a second chance with the new year. I'm happy to say it was a better experience recently.

I only deal with Tyrel, he's a great young man, very knowledgeable. He asked about my mom, who's 87, he get's a kick out of her, and I know at that age, older people can get bossy, and Tyrel let's her be.

Great service and customer service was great

Positive experience as usual, brakes started squealing right after we left and turns out they are due for a change, wish the service technician had noticed that. But I guess if you don't do brake jobs that is OK but if you do then the other mechanic was able to get some business out of me.

I went in for a trailer tire and the crew helped me right away and changed the tire while I waited. In and out in 15 minutes...Amazing. At the competitors I would have been in line that long. I also got what I considered a great price!!

Other than I had to come back the next day for a fourth tire and alignment check it was a decent experience. Loved the text when the car was done the first day.
