Big O Tires

Everytime I go in there I know the problem I have will be dealt with . The employees are all good dudes .

The tires we got from Big O were of a better quality that what Les Schwab offered (new), and the cost was over $200 less. We were also given the use of a car to do other errands (we are from out of town-100 miles away) while our vehicle was being worked on.

Came in to get a trailer tire replaced, it was completed in 15-20 min very quick, thank you, although I did not receive any info on trailer tire nor did I get a choice they just changed it and sent me on my way.

You guys did great, you check the alignment and called me to see if I wanted it corrected. You corrected it now the wife says her car drives great, happy wife happy life!

They are usually busy, get u I and out as fast as possible

Appreciated the service the Big-o employees put into my car, but there was a disconnect in understanding at times when we spoke. I just bought my car and this is the first time that I have not been able to work on my own vehicle with how low the car is to the ground. when i firs brought the car for tires i asked for the front suspension to be looked over with the alignment check. the first service, tires and oil change. took three and half hours witch seemed very reasonable. except the alignment check was never conducted. This turned out to be okay because the next Monday I needed a oil change for the trans as i had no way to safely lift the car and crawl under it. This time It took five and a half hours to pick my car up, a hour past final quoted time. and this time it seemed as I picked my car up it seemed as if employees where glad to be rid of the car. overall i was happy with the service, but not very happy with how long it took just to change a few quarts of gear oil and shake some parts. having previously worked for a auto shop I know how important it can be to some customers as to what is looked for when experiencing issues.

Tyrell is an exceptional manager. The staff are friendly and competent.

They had my truck back to me in the same day with no issues and the shuttle is a bonus as well.I would be careful using coupons though.Be sure that they explain exactly what you are / are not getting with the coupon.

I feel they could have stayed in touch better. But overall I had good service.
