Big O Tires

I will be back. I've used big o for many years have a good day

I recently had a blow out on a rear tire. The staff was very helpful getting a tire put on the spare rim. They also checked the tire pressure on all four tires, and I was back on the rod, worry free. Thank you Big O!!

One person pretty much ignored me while inputting into the computer and then the phone rang and was answered before I was acknowledged, I almost left disgusted (I haven't done business there in years because that is what I have come to expect with that store) as I was leaving another CS person came in and I got my trailer tire ordered and told he would have it tomorrow. I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. The next day I was called and told the tire was there and if I wanted to have it mounted to bring in the old one. I dropped off the tire and was told to give them an hour and it was ready when I got back along with no mounting fee. I will be back to give them another try. The only reason the store's customer service is inly a 3 is the first person that did not acknowledge me.

I have your business very high because of Ty. I always ask for him if he's not at the front desk, as my husband always did. Excellent employee!

We came in to have the snow tires changed out on our Corolla. The guys at the counter were very nice and friendly. However, when we picked up the car, the guys in the shop had put the tires in the back seat, not the trunk. Who ever heard of that? The tires fit in the trunk no problem. We went back in to let the guys know and they offered to clean out back seat but my boys had put the tires in the trunk already. The guy took a rag and dusted out the back seat but we had to wash them to get the grime off. Love you guys and this is the first time anything unsatisfactory has ever happened to our family and we have been coming to you for 20 years or more.

First time here, I'll be back for sure

They were quick and friendly in and out I will be going back to Big O in Elko Nevada for now on P.S. the price was right too.

Everyone there are friendly and knowledgeable. Logan always greets me by name and makes me feel like I am important.

Good Customer service and was advised where my car was in line and an approximate time.

I love Big-O and the people that work there. They are vary helpful. Unfortunately, there needs to be more communication between employees and/or a computer entry. My wife showed up at 9:00 and was told to come back at 11:00. She was told to wait until one man said she was told to be there at 11:00. She was still there waiting 3 hours for an oil change and maybe an alignment, which was never done, do to they said it needed ball joints.

summer tires put on, winter tires put in bags to keep car clean, and then oil change only took two hours, didn;t have to wait to long, fast and friendly service, that why I keep going back thanks Big O team.

Overpriced parts, I'll have to buy them myself.

The employees are very friendly and they do quality work

My visit included tire rotation (4) and a flat repair on one tire. I've purchased tires and had repairs totaling over $10,000 in the last 4 years with the Elko Big O. I was shocked to be charged for the flat repair. The tires came with my new trailer and therefore were not org purchased from Big O. I asked up front if there was a charge and the salesperson gave me a vague answer. I explained neither of the other local competitors have ever charged me and I'm not even a customer of the others. A waived $19.95 charge Today seems like a good faith effort to ensure future business.

Everything went exactly as explained. My car is working great now.

Service was quick but they forgot to rotate my tires during my oil change, which i asked them to do when i checked in.

Not only did I get the usual great service on my RV, but Ty and Logan were especially helpful in getting my c card straightened out. Thanks

Had fuel pump installed and completed in amount of time they quoted, but being a tire store you would have thought they would have checked the air in tires, had two low tires

In and out within a half hour. Excellent service.
