Big O Tires

I have been using Big O tire for 5 years now.I have not had an issue with their service until this last week.I was charge $102.00 for an oil change.That may be the last time they change oil in either of my vehicles.

Friendly efficient service: Service was provided pleasantly and on time as stated it would be.

a little disappointed as I had an appt. at 10, dropped my car off at 9:30, it was not done until almost 3 pm. I understand Saturdays are busy, but I had an appt. Also, for some reason a synthetic oil change was done, which I have never had done, when I scheduled the appt. the employee asked what kind of oil change I needed, and I said whatever I have always had done. When I was charged quite a bit more than usual, I asked why, they told me for the synthetic oil change, I was told that if I wanted to pay less, I needed to come on Wednesdays. I just had a much different experience than I usually have at Big O. Also, I had a phone call during my appt. saying that I had something broke that needed to be changed before that tire could have be rotated, BIG O was the one who did my tires last time. When I said that BIg O was the last one to touch my tires, I got a smirky laugh from the employee on the phone and he said "Oh, Okay", like I was fibbing. The employees just seemed very cocky during this visit, much different than any other time at Big O.

Everyone that helped me was very friendly and helpful.

I miss the big guy that was there for years ?? The customer service was far less personable than in the past.

I stopped by to have my car tires rotated and the store got me in and out in 40 minutes, I then took my second car in and the store got me in right away. In a half-hour I was on my way home. Thanks

I came in with a problem with my tire, the place was so busy I had to wait well over an hour just to be seen. This place is way under managed with workers or simply just has too much going on. Every time I come in for some type of service, I end up having to wait at least one or more hours at a time

Always feel safer on the road after leaving Big O in Elko NV. Service is always exceptional!

I only come into the store to buy tires or to get a tire rotation. Every time I come in for a simple rotation I have to wait over two hours before the even get my vehicle in. This is the third time in a row. Ridiculous.

My only complaint would be finding the vehicle after the service. I was offered by the sales rep to have it driven to the front but I declined because I figured it would be easy since I was directed to a lot across the street. My truck wasn't there so I went on a search. I found it on the DQ side of the shop. All is good.

I have been going to the Elko store for some time, it seems to me, that the last 2 times it's always a issue when it comes to paying for my service, either they screw up my service or the amount, I waited almost 3 hours for a oil change, which in my opinion is too long, basic car needs shouldn't take that long and the bill shouldn't be getting screwed up cause of miscommunication, that is the second time it has happened, something needs to improve.

I always appreciate the honest work and great service I've always received at Big O. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The guys were nice, don't get me wrong but I was advised that I would get a phone call in about an hour letting me know when it was ready....when 4.5 hours had gone by and I still hadn't been contacted I finally just went down there. He said, 'Oh yeah. That's been ready.' Then I got my bill. $90 bucks for an oil change and a tire rotation?? I understand my car takes synthetic oil but never anywhere have I paid that much. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back here based on those two things.

Very nice employees first time getting tires and they made the experience very easy and helpful .

Brought in a set of tires to be mounted and balanced. Was they could get me in in a half hour which they did but took over an hour and half to mount and balance the tires. People came in after us and left before us and to top it off they didn't run a battery test like I asked for.

Got a set of tires and 2 oil changes so far and things have went smoothly. Will definitely go back again.

I brought my Dodge RAM 2500 4x4 in for a tire rotation. That work was performed for $43.15. When I drove away, I noticed that the air in the tires had not been adjusted. I returned so that the air could be adjusted. The technician was very helpful in adjusting the air pressure. However, after I drove away, the air pressure remained the same. I ended up having to adjust the air pressure myself. I don't think it was the technician as much as it was your gauge.

Ty always takes care of us. The staff is very personable and accommodating to customers.

Relativly good service but very slow. Took over 2 hours for a tire totation & oil change. Should have taken a hour st most. I had tha same experience when I bought tires a while ago. They are very slow. I have gone to Big O in other locations & they were much more efficient & much faster.

I came in for a tire rotation after a previous alignment. They informed me of some future parts that might need replaced eventually and I am already aware of them. The sales person was professional and easy to talk to.
