Big O Tires

We had asked that the car be checked because we were leaving on a trip. The sticker said that it was not due yet for an oil change, but they changed it anyway. We also told them that the "service needed" light was on, so that needed to be attended to. However, the light is still on.

Excellent! Enough said.

Stuck there for over 2 hrs was told 30 min to 1 hour would have appreciated a better time estimate..? Could have left and came back or rescheduled

I requested my underside front plastic deflector to be reatched with one screw wasn't done. I've used Big-O, 20 YEARS.

Excellent staff.

There there only once, but I beleive I will start taking my car there.

Friendly service

I was charged for an all fluid check that was not done. I took my vehicle somewhere else and they performed the fluid check at no cost to me. The other place added a bit of engine oil.

Second time I have my vehicle there for over 4 hours and didn't get the service I ask for and was told it would be done in one and a half hours so I took my car unfinished instead of getting the service I was told would be done in the future I will take all my vehicles elsewhere.

Bought a new set of tires and also the three-year alignment package. We are very satisfied. They communicate questions and keep in touch. Competitive price.

We went in yesterday for an oil change,, had coupons for oil change and free rotation and alignment check.. Took them 3 hrs.. Then they never showed us the air filter that was changed out.. We had to ask about the alignment,, then it hadn't been looked at for that,, so we sat another 30 mins. Then they over charged us for the oil change... Usually more organized but aweful this visit... Restroom commode was filthy!!!!! This store wasn't that busy either...

Very helpful and quick

Oil change went fine but 5 hours later I still had a 2 hour wait to get aligned and then was asked to come back st a later date. The people were friendly but only certain people knew what was going on. After leaving I could hear a knock and when I got home a had lugs that were loose. I've used big o for years and this experience was not a good one. I think I'll be shopping around.

Guys did good all around didn't bullshit me very happy with the service

3 years ago I had the exact same service done as I had last week and the cost of "labor" was around 60 bucks, but last week I was charged 200+ dollars. Not sure why I would be charged so much and am a little mad about that.

great service

Ever since I bought my tires I have a bounce at 45 mph. Had it back several times to figure it out. First told it was a wheel bearing, so fixed that. Second I was told it was shocks so I put on new shocks. Next I was told u joints so I had those checked. Then you replaced one tire saying it was out of round. Every time they tell me they can't feel the bounce, but everyone else who rides with me does. I have come to the conclusion that I just have to live with it until I need new tires again. I won't get big o tires next time.
