Big O Tires

Recommended $1200 in repairs. Got the fix needed for $80 elsewhere.

I took my car in for an oil change, I was not made aware that they were going to use synthetic oil in my car. Needless to say with a tire rotation my bill was $150! Wow!! That is ridiculous! Way over charged! $40 for a tire rotation that we all know takes 10 minutes to do. And almost $100 for an oil change. That is just highway robbery!! Maybe going over an estimate of costs with customers before taking their vehicle, or calling them and letting them know the cost before hand would be great customer service! If I would of known the cost I would of gladly said no, and went somewhere else.

I just had air bags put in my dodge, I dealt with Ty during this process and he was great to deal with. You guys are only ones I let work on my truck

We are still trying to figure out how your estimate could be off by $200. Wheather you got our pick up in there and decided to gouge us an extra $200 or just what.

The customer service was great and so was the work done.

I had an appointment to have my Camper/Trailer serviced. I drove it in on Oct 5th...and was informed they would not be able to complete the work ..they were slammed. I told them I would be back in town on the 11th and I would pick it up then. I asked to have the seals replaced, bearings greased, brakes checked, new tires, and check all the wiring because the lights inside were not working and the left blinker was not working. I was charged for the service, but they failed to let me know that the AC Converter was bad...they didn't bother to even check it. I was told the Batteries were dead ...they wanted to sell me BATTERIES. I told them I had just bought those from NAPA in JULY 2018...What exactly they did for the additional $219.00 I still have NOT figured out. Extremely BAD SERVICE.

Great atmosphere great customer service

I brought my 89 GMC Jimmy in for full oil change ( engine, trans, front rear dif, transfer case ). When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked to find greasy hand prints all over my door, hood, bumper, door handle. Very disappointed, for $600 you think the mechanics could wipe off the oil. I have used Big O for years and this has happened over and over. I won't be returning.

Another excellent job

They didn't balance the tires correctly went back a week later to get them rebalance and they said it would be 2 hours. So I left won't be buying tires from them again. I got a good deal on the tires after I showed them a quote from another tire shop for $800 then they mark the tires from 1300 down to 800 just so I would buy them

Dropped the jeep off at 2 pm for an oil change and alignment, got it back at 6:30 pm

I needed a tire rotation, and the free alignment check was offered. Since I had several long road trips pending I decided to just have the alignment done. Easy, cost effective, and I noticed the improvement in vehicle handling right away. Have felt like a "member of the family" here for many years. Thanks, Big O!

I waited for five hours for an oil change, tire replacement,and alignment in one car and a tire replacement and alignment in another car and they weren't even finished with both when I left. The service guy who sold me the tires was knowledgeable and offered me different types of tires and gave a good recommendation when I told him my spare was a different size. I also did not get any updates or reasons as to why it was taking so long. I got there early thinking that would help but it definitely did not. I generally like going to the business but after such a long wait I may consider going somewhere else next time.

I scheduled an alingment and $570 later I have a steering wheel that's misaligned, a rattle in the front, I ungreased fittings, over greased fittings, boots pulled to expose new equipment( ball joints), a test drive that resulted in the tie rod coming off and throwing the truck into a front skid, a worked trying to blame the owner after it was worked on for 7 hours at facility, and then discussing the situation being asked aggressively "so just what do you want us to do"!Great day for me.... No seat covers, no floor mat covers,The whole time one man was very apologetic and very respectful, he was the service manager in training. The others pushed him aside when I asked what questions... Not sure what happened. Went in on a Saturday because I had run over a nail/screw. It was too close to the side wall so they had to order in the tire. They said it would be just a few days. A week went by and no one called, so I called. I was told soon.....Another week went by and no one called again so I called again. This time they said, the tire was there and I brought the truck in a few days later. Took the truck in, they appears very slow at that moment. Not one car in the front parking lot and only one person in the lobby. Went back to the office and 1 1/2 hour later no one called. So, I called and they said the truck was ready. So, I went and picked it up. Very odd. Never had that before.

Helped me out with everything I needed plus some. Will be going back if I have more vehicle issues.
