Big O Tires

Arrived to have a spare tire for a trailer mounted. Was told "no problem ". Arrived back after lunch, the tire was not mounted and was told they couldn't mount it because of the tires age. I purchased a car tire just to use for a spare. I guess I didn't really like the sales guy and his cocky smirk. Something about it felt unprofessional. I've just have had better experiences going there. Just didn't get a good vibe out of it and was a little disappointed this time

I brought my truck in for an alignment. When I got it back I noticed while driving on the freeway that the steering wheel was not centered. It was at about a 10 o'clock position for the truck to drive straight. I had to take it back the next day to have it corrected. No problem with the front desk, but was not expecting to have to come back into town the next day to get the alignment done correctly. Not sure if I will return.

Normally my experience at BigO is fine. But my last visit I brought my car in on a Saturday at 12 for an oil change and was told I would be called when it was ready. 5:30 rolls around and no call, but the store is closed and I can't access my car until Monday. I called early Monday and was told it was done, but they had no information about the status of my engine, tires, etc, just that the work had been done. They parked it way out in a slushy parking lot and when I got in I realized the Maintenance Required light was still on. Didn't bother going back inside. Disappointed with this visit.

I live 30 miles one way to Your Big O in Elko so that is a 60-mile round trip. I recently dropped off a wheel barrel Tire and had it fixed. They fixed it right away and within a day I took it home. Liking the job and the tire I took the other one in do that the wheel barrel had two tires. Was told to come back the next day and the tire would be ready. I did and it was not. I was then told to return 3 days later they had to get a tire in I did and it still was not ready. I was told to return the following Monday they had to get a tire in over the weekend I came back on Tuesday and it still was not ready. This happened at least six times and the tire was still not ready. That was approximately 360 miles I drove for my tire. I asked the employees why could they have not called me any of these times to let me know it was not ready. I got no answer except they said that they cannot predict the tire that would come in to them and they are still waiting on my tire that the company sent them the wrong Tire 6 times. Being a business person I find that this is unacceptable the company would not send them a tire they did not order. I finally received the tire on my 7th return to the shop that was 420 miles round-trip I am formed your employees that I could have driven to Twin Falls or even Salt Lake City and had everything done a lot quicker. I will probably continue using Big O to do my tire and vehicle operation work. I have used you for many many years not only here but in Phoenix. I am sure this was a one-time deal and it will never happen again. But I lost a lot of money in fuel for all the extra mileage and unnecessary trips I had to endure.

Never again will I buy tires there very arrogant employees product is not good and customer service didn't assist! So don't worry big O my family or i I won't be in your store

When I came in the tire light was on...after oil change and tire rotation I left with the light still on...Makes me wonder if tires were even looked at or rotated. Also when I got into my car the seat cover thing and paper floor mat were still in car and I had to toss them.

Steering is super loose AFTER visit. it was tight before it took my truck in. They left off 2 lug nuts. They took all 4 metal chrome valve caps off, and put 2 plastic ones on the front, and didn't put any on the rear. Every time I bring in the same truck, different things are always wrong.

I purchased 4 new Goodyear tires in June. When I picked the truck up there was a definite wheel balance issue. I had to leave on vacation the next day so I opted to run the tires and se if there was any improvement. There wasn't so I took it back to the store for a balance, immediately drove at highway speed and the vibration (in steering wheel and floor board) was worse. And the "tech" had aired the tires to 42psi, should have been 32psi cold. I took the truck to Tire Services Unlimited, they found one tire out of round and 2 wheel weights in the wrong position. The tire price was competitive and the service was good, I won't be going back because of this issue with balancing.

Routine service work that should be performed but is not and there exscuse is well you didint tell us to do that I never have to tell Ford to rotate tires or fill def tanks

They sold me a unbalanceable tire to me and blamed it on my wheel. Won't warranty the tire. Go to les Schwab save yourself some time and money!!
