Big O Tires

Only needed a tire put on a different rim, as the rim was bent. The amount charged in my opinion was way to much. As a result, I will be taking my business else where that doesn't charge so much.

Your store was fine. BUT, what I need to follow up on is a Reno store which did an alignment 3 weeks prior to my tires having excessive wear which required replacement.

Well it would have been a lot better if after 2 weeks and a thousand dollars later and still no tires that were ordered on april 7. I called everyday and got the run around about my tires i came to them 2 weeks ago for tires that i desperately needed. I am out tires now cause i travel a lot with sick kids to salt lake and Reno. This has nothing to do with logan the sales guy that helped us it was everybody else after the sale was paid for in full. So now i have to find somebody that can match that price for the tires i order and didn't get. I have no extra money to pay more which is now my problem im looking at 1500 any where else here in Elko for a 70000 mile warranty. I can only find a 45000 mile for 800. So Thank you for turning a tire situation i to a headache and more stress for me. I will never come back to your store for anything. One more thing when you have customers in the store and they approach the counter cause you greeted them only to answer the phone not once but twice and help them then he helped us not good customers skills at all his name was tyrell.

Tyrel is the best! He is always so helpful and takes great care of me every time I come into Big O.

Came in too get four new tires, had them ordered and installed but they didn't do a alignment with it. Said my control arm was broken and they couldn't align it, so I took my vehicle to a mechanic and they said my control arm is fine and that big o should have done the alignment. Disappointed.

I called to get a quote on tires. The rep said he had to get ahold of the warehouse to get price and availability, and he would call me back. A few days later and multiple phone calls from myself the reps still had not gotten me a price or availability, haven't even called their warehouse. Apparently they don't want to sell tires very badly and will never get my business.

After putting on the tires, your service teck could of sent us on our way, but he recomended a free alinment check, and found that the car needed a aliment done, I appreate the way that it was handled, and the service that we got, GREAT JOB TEAM, and we'll see youagine for a oil change when due,

Took my vehicle in for a balance and rotate. Also asked them to read a code, they did both without charging me a penny! I needed an alignment and they got it done right away for a fair price.

I have been working with Big O now for several years both for a company car and our family's vehicles. All of the people behind the counter have consistently met our needs. The owner of the Elko store and the management team are more than "friends" - they are more like members of our family - concerned about our automotive needs and taking care to keep us safe. My last set of tires was guaranteed for 60K miles - they lasted for 54K - I was down to the core when I came in for replacements. Since new tires and alignment driving is way more pleasurable than vibrating down the highway. Thanks, Big O Elko! Sincerely appreciate all you do for so many of us.
