Had my oil changed and asked for a quote for tires. The Owner greeted me and asked what I needed. After I left, called me and told me a set of tires were just in and at a great price. I questioned warranty and was assured they would back them at BIg O. Tires have been great so far. Service was quick and the guys are always friendly and knowledgeable. They also waved the oil change and alignment. Thanks Big O!

I didn't need an appointment for the issue I was at Big O for. I called prior to bringing my vehicle in to reset my tire pressure sensors. The Big O Tech was able to replace the bad sensor, and the pressure sensor light turned off.

Big-O replaced my defective battery they had installed less then a year earlier at no cost to me. It's this kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to Big-O.
