This is probably one of the most satisfying experiences with my local Big O: in the past I haven't been as happy with customer service, wait times, and especially the cost. This was probably one of the smoothest transitions for vehicle repairs I've had at this location. I appreciate the loaner vehicle as I had to get kids to school and work while my vehicle was being repaired and serviced. I still think the cost was a bit higher than another place I take my vehicle to in town, yet as I said: this was a smooth transition and probably the better customer service I've experienced with Big O.

I used them recently just for a tire rotation. I was in and out quickly and to top it off they did it for free! Thank you!
