Value and technician located another problem with the vehicle I was unaware of

I have complete trust in whatever service this particular Midas shop has performed on my car. They always do an excellent job.

My experience was smooth. I like the way they explain . Also they only recommend what needs to be changed. No hard push for selling the service. I also like the courtesy free car inspection.

I called in the morning and was immediately treated with respect and clarity. I soon dropped my car off and got my service completed quickly. The communication I received in person and on the phone was exceptional. I normally feel intimidated by auto shops and feel very comfortable and respected at Midas.

I had an appt. scheduled for a brake fluid check the following morning. I went out and my car just stopped running. I called AAA and they tried to jump it. The charge would not hold. AAA towed my car to Midas. Steve was very helpful and understanding. They started checking out my car within a half hour. I was offered a ride home and a pick-up the following day. My car was striped when Ieft the shop. Steve explained what needed to be done, answered my questions and gave me a price for the repairs. I felt Steve was fair and honest with me. My chair is now running like a charm. Thank you Steve and Midas.
