I would not say I am highly satisfied with the Midas experience in general, but rather I am highly satisfied with the Midas experience of the particular location I went to. A couple of years ago, I had a heat shield issue on a Saturday. I went to several repair places (including a different Midas shop) and they all were basically shutting down for the day and didn't want to deal with me so close to closing time. I went to this particaulr shop, and not only did they inspect and fix my problem so close to closing time, they did it at an unreasonably low price. They mentioned I needed new tires ( I already knew this) and asked if I wanted a quote. I said yes. There was no hard sell, just a quote. I compared the quote to the cost from the tire place I usually go to, and it was similar, so I gave it a shot. Even though an alignemnt was part of the quote, they said is wasnt' needed, so they didn't chargre me for it. Three quarters of the work on an lighnment is getting it on the rack. The fact that they didn't charge me (when they could have) made me realize this is an honets shop. This is now the only place I take my vehicle.

Midas is accommodating in making an appointment. The technical advisor on site is very helpful in identifying the issue and offering a solution. My exhaust system was repaired there. Midas also took care of some follow-up concerns. Thanks.

Came in with an issue and they were able to take care of within 30 minutes and disassembled so that when the part arrived they were ready

Called the day before and was able to get an appointment the next day. Was able to get my oil change done while on lunch break. Service was great and sitting room very comfortable and clean.
