Staff was very helpful, went over payment options with me, was able to get my car in immediately, and then got the problem fixed within minutes.

I noticed that my check engine light came on. I was close to Auto Zone and they checked the code. Thermostat. It was mid Saturday afternoon. I called and Midas could get me right in. I was leaving town on Monday and really needed the repair.

First the lady didn't ask my wife which oil she wanted in the car. They put in blend instead of conventional oil. Blend costs more when advertised oil change for 19.99 on sign.Second it took 1 1/2 hours just to change oil. Down the road it is 10 minutes. N

Highly satisfied because I went in for a different problem. They were able to tell me quickly what the problem actually was and were very good at communicating what the problem was. The work that would need to be done was also clearly explained to me and I think pricing was fair enough.

Ryan always does a great job and doesn't try to sell me things I don't need. He is very knowledgable and patient and provides great service. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
