Don and Dieter are professional, personalable, and knowledgeable. Even the guys in the shop will give you a friendly wave if they recognize you. They will let you know if general maintenance items should be replaced.

The Crystal Lake Midas location is by far my favorite. The guys at the desk are always so nice. I never have to wait too long for them to service my vehicle. The great set is what has me continuing to come back!

Our daughter slid off the road during a recent storm and after we had the car pulled back onto the road, the steering was shuddering. I was able to get into Midas on Monday morning and they informed me it could be more than an alignment issue. About an hour and a half after I dropped off the car, I received a call from Don (manager) and he informed me that the shuddering was actually being caused by the massive amount of snow and ice that had gotten into the wheel wells and under the car. Long story short, got the car in at 11:00 and picked it up at 2:00 pm and the service was great and the pricing extremely fair.

Honest, friendly ,very professional, no funny business

You guys were great & made it easy for me to bring my Jeep in & take care of the heat issue that I had. Don was very professional and really nice. So far so good. I will be back for service when I need it for sure.

I'm concerned about my car because it is higher mileage car then I have ever had. The owners always explain what needs to be done in priority, due to the fact I can only have one service done at a time. I love the way they constantly update me on the progress of my car, while in the shop. The owners are always nice and very informative!

I have used this Midas for a period of time and their service is great and Don accommodates scheduling needs. The workmanship has been very good. I highly recommend this facility.

I told Dieter I needed a new battery and did not want to call a tow truck. Within 30 minutes Andrew was at my home and installed my new battery. Fantastic service.

All the work being done to my car was clearly explained as well as what my options were going forward with the issues I was having. I learned a lot which will enable me to take care of some issues on my own.
