Big O Tires

I didn't check three boxes above because I dropped off my husband to check in our car and don't know all of what he and staff spoke about. I went in later when we picked up vehicle and spoke over phone to staff. Big O on Old Virginia is THE BEST! They have the best staff and always give 110%-- their knowlegde and thoroughness means I'm always confident my car is in top shape when I get it back. No matter how busy, they always have a great attitude and treat me well. I always look forward to tire rotations!

I just had a low tire pressure and they took the time to check out my tires, found the problem and didn't charge me.

Received 3K oil and filter service plus a tire rotation. I like the flexibility of showing up w/o an appointment knowing I can get what I want and not have to wait too long. I've been a customer since 2006.

Employees were polite enough even though busy. Place was clean. Repair took acceptable amount of time.

My wife had a blow out on the freeway and I brought the car in with the small spare on. Tire was totally destroyed. No problem with replacing it and the crew put my small spare back under the car. Can't say enough about Big O. Friendly and efficient!

The Management and staff were most helpful in fulfilling my needs. They were curious and accommodating.

Had work done there last week. This was my fourth visit to this store. Let's face it, we hate spending money on our vehicles. But, when you need to, its great to have real people to talk to that know what they are talking about and speak to you like another human being.

Great service, found a nail in my tire and fixed it fast!

I know that I had no appointment but I took my truck their to have my new rims put in and an oil change. It was 3:30 pm and the truck was all done before closing time at 5:50 pm.

Prices are good but the staff is the best. Always friendly.
