Big O Tires

I came in on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 and there was hardly a wait. I was treated professionally. The service hardly took any time at all. I will always bring my car to this establishment for my vehicle needs.

This my second set of new tires purchased at store #28888 . I am more than satisfied with the sales process and the service after the sale. Associate Alex Suarez was very knowledgeable and took all the time that I needed to answer my many questions. He offered to test fit the tire as they were 1 size larger that OEM. I would highly recommend this store and Alex to anyone!

Everything was great. It took 1 and 1/4 hours to swap off my studs and reinstall and balance 4 new tires. Seems a little long as I was first in line.

The service attendant was willing to change some internal light bulbs and allowed me to go and search to attempt to purchase the light bulbs while the vehicle sat in the shop.

Service was fast, thorough and efficient. I was given the opportunity to see the condition of my air filter and the choice to replace it with a new one.

I had a set of used track tires I wanted mounted; I needed to keep the tires that were already mounted. The team at Big O understood my instructions and got everything right the first time. The service was really prompt, too.

Without an appointment we were taken in without a wait, probably because we live an hour and a half away and would have to make the drive back on another day.

Everyone at this location is AMAZING! Alex continued to reach out to me to help make the best decision on which selection of tires were best fist for my Tahoe LT. The end result looks amazing! Jim Anderson is THE BEST manager in all of Big O Tires as a whole! Well put together and structure as a business leader. His team at this location is nothing but AWESOME! THANK YOU!

Zack was the mechanic that worked on my auto. I thought I had a problem with my starter(because I've had trouble before x'3) Zack no it was not my starter it might be because I don't travel much. We discussed the issue as I told him to change the starter any. He said, "I can't that, I said, "you can if you put per customer request". Well we discussed this matter all the pros and cons and Zack won out and I did not have my starter repaired. Zack certainly was informative and knowledge about this subject. He convinced me that it was not necessary to change the starter yet. I am not a person easily convinced to change my mind. Great job Zack. Every on is just great. I take my car there all the time.
