My appointment was easy to set up online. I waited there while the service was performed (outside in the cold & wind) because local COVID restrictions kept the waiting area closed. They completed my service (tire rotation, oil change and air filter replacement) in record time because they knew I had to wait outside in the cold. Great customer service.

When I last took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation & balancing plus a front end alignment, I asked that the steering wheel be set/aligned with the wheel alignment ... did not happen. So I went back after the fact and asked that it be done. Was done ... immediately ... no hassle ... under an hour and everybody was smiling!

I called before hand to make sure that the store had inventory and they confirmed that with me even though the store was extremely busy at the time. When I arrived they have the battery already pull for me and made the transaction as smoothly as positive while following covid-19 guidelines. Customer service was amazing and as everything currently stand I will continue to be a returning customer.

My GMC Acadia is fairly new but we are making a drive from Reno to Dallas and back so we wanted our tires checked. Well Big O checked the whole vehicle including all tires for nails, inflation and wear. When I picked up the car I got my credit card out only to be told, we do not charge for inspections. In this day and age, remarkable!

Needed new tires on my highly modified Jeep. Got my new shoes and the Jeep couldn't be happier!

I have been a customer for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with the store and the team members. I just bought a new "used" car and the team inspected and assessed every aspect of this car. We put on new tires and established a "starting" place for my maintenance services. I LOVE that the team members in this store have been pretty much the same over the years; I think this speaks well for Big O too. I have also put in my 5 star YELP ratings. This store and its team deserve special recognition from Big O and being some of the best!

Although I had a flat tire and needed a new one, I was treated like they were happy to have me as a customer.

I was highly satisfied souly because of the Great customer service provided to me by Zac the front attendant. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I have had problems in the past with a tech, namely Zach Green who has been careless with my car in the past, and he make sure that my car is well taken care of when that tech is doing work on my car which is extremely important to me because I put my beautiful 3yr old in this car mainly so it needs to be superior.

I started with this Big-O store when it first opened. I have always received great pricing, excellent service and courteous treatment. I have to stay during my services, and the waiting room is so comfortable and everyone walking in and out always smiles and says hello. The explanations of the services necessary are always comprehensive. I have entrusted my car to this store for its lifetime if the quality of service remains the same. I showed up w/ out an appointment. I was told the cost for the service I needed, and approximately how long it would take. I wasn't pushed to buy more. They just helped me out and I was on my way. No hassles.

Always a great experience. On time. Good value.

Went in for oil change ,new windshield wipers and low tire pressure. Generally go to Jiffy Lube. Being able to have oil change and tire service combined was nice. Also loved the idea that I could make an appointment rather than just having to drop in and wait. Though it was closed due to Covid waiting room looked nice. Will definitely be back for service and also tires in the future
